| Description | Ms. Jung is a Principal at JYJ Law and is associated with Swanick & Associates. She is a litigation lawyer with a reputation for delivering stellar results. She has successfully mediated or won over 200 litigation files to date. Her litigation practice includes commercial, civil, and estate matters. She represents clients on shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud and misrepresentation disputes, real estate and leasing, actions against trustees, and all types of contractual disputes. She has successfully resolved cases against some formidable opponents including banks, quasi-governmental organizations, and large corporations, and has represented clients before tribunals and various levels of courts including the Federal Court of Canada.
She is a member of the bar of Ontario and is also a past lecturer in Real Estate Law at York University. She has previously served as a Co-Chair of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association (KCLA), as a Treasurer of Business Network International (BNI), as a Board of Director of North American Association of Asian Professionals (NAAAP), and as a Treasurer of Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) of Toronto. She received her Bachelors of Law from Queen’s University and her Bachelor of Arts with Honors from York University. |
