In addition to the practice areas of Family Law and Wills and Estates, Laurie is also experienced when dealing with Civil Litigation and Real Estate.
Laurie has made hundreds of court appearances throughout Alberta including Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal. Laurie is also experienced in negotiating and drafting various forms of contracts, including Cohabitation Agreements and various forms of Separation Agreements. There was a negative review done by my ex Robert Tarta about 8 months ago.
He now resorted to hijacking my name and anyone who he feels that is supporting me in this matter. May of this year an order was put in place to have Robert refrain from contacting or using social media to harass my lawyer Mr. Montoute or any opposing lawyers that are involved in this high conflict matter.
Nigel has been my counsel from day one and continues to be.
