I called and spoke to both an associate and the head butcher from the Queen Street location to inquire about product availability. They were both exceptionally helpful, polite, and friendly. At no point did I feel rushed. The new head butcher spent time explaining the best way to go about ordering and ensuring availability. Top-notch service. I stopped by the Eglinton location. Helpful and courteous staff on the floor. I spoke to the owner about online orders and delivery. He was very courteous and informative. The Eglinton store is attractive, bright, and reminiscent of how stores used to be before the arrival of supermarkets. It has a European atmosphere; the products have been thoughtfully curated. The prices are fair, selection is good.

 My search for 100% grass fed beef led to the Healthy Butcher. Their customer service has been exceptional: all the way from the employees in the way they addressed the questions I had over the phone, to Katheline V. who corresponded promptly via email, all the way to the handling of my online order. Placed my first online order with them: loved the email updates once the personal shopper was done packing my order, helpful text update as the delivery person was on the way, prompt delivery within the specified two hour window of time AND they also included two free items in my delivery which was extremely thoughtful and kind. Will certainly be ordering groceries from them online - super convenient, and very reasonable with the $9.99 delivery charge. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and products!

 The best organic store in Toronto. Amazing customer service! The manager at the Yonge and Eglinton location, a young tall guy, has outstanding manager skills.

 Some of the freshest produce and top quality meats you can find. You have to be prepared to pay for the quality here, but I've tried a number of cuts of beef and they are worth every penny. Their organic beef/veal stock and waygu brisket helped me put together my best beef bourguignon yet.

 The best Organic meat and groceries I ever experienced in GTA with a large selection and cheerful staff. I love going to this store. Workshops are fun and very informative - we are planning to take another one soon with my wife and friends.
