The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable. She showed a lot of empathy for my situation as well as understanding. I appreciated the way she looked after me. The waiting room was very clean and welcoming.

So many property owners breaking the rules because they can, especially when it's a landlord's market. Quinte Council is doing absolutely nothing to remedy the crisis.
