Just wanted to say thank you to Equitable Life for their incredible service. My company has switched companies for benefits every couple of years - at first it was Great West Life who were okay, then Manulife who were terrible (I couldn't ever get through on the phone to someone who knew what they were talking about), and over the last year we are now with Equitable Life. How refreshing, what a change. When I call I get the sense that people actually want to help me and like their job. Not only did I get the help that I needed, but I also had a friendly conversation. The person I talked to even knew the hockey score! From my experience, I would recommend... they are a great company to deal with.
