I've been seeing Dr Poon for the past 3 years and not once I've had an issue. He takes the time to listen and he always has the best advice. Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone. I haven't waited more than 10 min to see him. His secretary is very helpful too and communication can be done through emails too.
