Description	Olaide Oloko is a senior associate lawyer at Law North Law Corporation as of July 2020. Olaide is originally from Nigeria, where he graduated with Bachelor of Law ( LL.B) with Honours in 2000 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002 after completing the Nigerian Bar program in 2001. He worked at Oceanic International Bank for several years in various capacities including but not limited to foreign operations, banking operations, Legal and credit administration before emigrating to Canada. He is very vast in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and banking and finance law. He has a Masters of Law degree (LL.M) in international commercial law from the University of Jos. He completed the Federation of Law Societies of Canada’s National Accreditation Certification in 2012 and the CPLED bar program of the Province of Manitoba in 2014 and was called to the Bar of Manitoba in 2016. He articled and spent several years at the Winnipeg law firm of Tupper & Adams. Olaide practices in the areas of corporate/commercial transactions, tax law, real estate, wills and estates, family law and immigration. He is a member of the Manitoba and Canadian Bar Associations.
