 I bought a condo two years ago and hired Thapliyal & Rai Law Firm as my closing lawyer. At that time everything went well but after a few months I found that the previous homeowner submitted an NSF cheque to the Condo building management and the management was behind me to get that $5400 which was not my dues. Condo management hired a lawyer and they put a lien on my condo to get this NSF Cheque amount. When I talked to Mr. Murarilal Thapliyal regarding this issue he took it very seriously at the first place. He called the Title Insurance company to pay this NSF cheque and to cover it as it’s was a fraud from the previous home owner. Initially Title Insurance refused my claim but Mr. Thapliyal was persistent, even he called the vice president of this insurance company and insisted him to get this claim approved because it was not my fault and that’s why we had this title insurance at the time of closing. I really appreciate Mr. Thapliyal's efforts and I'll definitely hire his firm in the future and highly recommend him to others. Asif Khan
