 top notch guy and a pitbull in the courtroom. strategic thinker, and respectable man at that. being from out of town and having not been in trouble since i was a teenager made my experience before finding Mr, Klumak, a very unpleasant one to say the least. Once I had done some searching online and asking around the courtroom for recommendations, I had heard his name from a relative of another client of his and she spoke very graciously of him, and pointed him out to me as he stood before the Barrie courts asserting his position on the case before the court. I noticed how receptive the crown and the JP were to him in comparison to the other lawyers I also carefully watched and I could tell he was respected. I approached him in the hallway later in the day and asked for a card and if he would have time to meet about my matter, and to my surprise, he went one step further, and addressed the court for me just a few minutes later. We met at his office which is very modern and a positive atmosphere.He personally came out and spoke to my loved ones who were accompanying me, before we spoke in his office. He made sure that we all were comfortable and gave me plenty of time to feel like I was being listened to, .
