| Profile | Aaron Waxman is the founder of Aaron Waxman & Associates. Aaron graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta in 1997 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1999. Aaron has been representing injured persons since 1999. Prior to starting his own firm, Aaron Waxman worked for two boutique personal injury law firms in Southern Ontario. Aaron’s practice is focused on long-term and short-term disability claims, employment law, critical illness claims, slip & fall claims, traumatic brain injury claims, car accident claims, wrongful death claims, life insurance claims, and other types of personal injury claims. Aaron is a proud sponsor of the Tema Conter Memorial Trust, an organization that provides support to Canada’s first responders and helps to educate and raise awareness about PTSD and operational stress injuries. Aaron’s desire to exceed the expectations of his clients and for fairness is the driving force behind each client’s claim. Aaron Waxman is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. A wonderful Firm! I recently used Aaron Waxman and Associates and was extremely pleased with the service. I sent an initial note through on Website and less than an hour after posting Aaron himself reached out to speak to me and get more info regarding my questions. From there he assigned one of his associates, Chris Kim to my case. After meeting in person and confirming I did indeed have a case, he moved forward quickly and recovered a settlement for me! He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with and I would highly recommend Chris as well as the firm at Aaron Waxman!
I met Aaron Waxman in 2017 and he informed me of the journey and what it would take to settle my LTD case. This was a very difficult two years for me and Aaron was always very informative, respectful and professional. Everyone in his firm was polite and treated me with dignity and respect and I saw that when other clients came in. Aaron believed in me and my case and I appreciated the way he took the time to understand who I was as a person and not just a file number. The office was very timely in returning phone calls, emails and setting up meetings. My journey is not fully over with this firm as they are dealing with a few aspects of my case.
