Intact Insurance did a great job of making me feel at ease and making sure I had all the information I needed after being involved in a collision earlier this year. This was my first time dealing with this sort of situation, so I was completely unfamiliar with the process and wasn't sure what steps to take. The agent I worked with made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and took great strides to ensure I was set up with the resources I needed. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Intact and felt like they were on my side the entire time.
Amazing experience with this company for a claim! For some reason my renewal slips didnt make it to me during my renewal period but upon contact and e-slip was sent immediately and received hard copies in the mail in a few days! Very good insurance company!
