 I wanted to personally write regarding my recent experience as a client of Mr. Ross. I experienced two horrific car accidents at such a young age that left me in constant physical/mental pain and suffering. I cannot express the reassurance and relief Mr. Ross and his team provided me throughout this entire experience. To finally have the weight of this case lifted off my chest is a surreal feeling. When this all started, I was at such a loss for what to do. I was truly at my lowest and felt abused by a system that was meant to be in place to protect me. Mr. Ross not only provided me and my family with confidence, but the pathway to treatment that drastically improved my quality of life every day. This is extremely corny, but Kidston was my ‘shining light’ in my darkest of days. I will forever be thankful and appreciative to Mr. Ross and his team. I say this strongly, and will continue to do so moving fourth, that without this guidance, I would be in a drastically different position both physically and mentally today.
