An older relative came to me wondering where to get a will done. Someone recommended The Last Word, so I called them up and explained that my relative lived a couple hours outside of Calgary and wasn't able to come to the city. No problem. Craig at The Last Word called up my relative, took the time to listen, and crafted a will, personal directive, and enduring power of attorney. I then took these documents with me on my next visit and had them signed by my relative in front of witnesses while on the phone with Craig. What a great solution to a seemingly complex situation.
