He launched his solo condo law boutique in January 2020 and serves condo corporations, their boards and managers.Chris assisted the Ontario Government’s review of the Condo Act by sitting on its working groups and expert panel. During that process, Chris called for meaningful reforms and effective manager regulation which came true with Bill 106 in 2015. In addition to publishing an award-winning condo law blog and being a prolific tweeter, Chris writes and lectures on condo law issues at seminars, conferences and courses for legal professionals, condominium managers, directors and unit owners. |
