Had to call in because of a personal mistake I had been over paying on my health care when I thought I was making payments to PNG. Getting a final notice I was not expecting I reached out to their office in terrace and got the first good customer services experience I have had since moving to BC. they were very helpful of getting me on the right track to play them and when I told them which day funds would be in my account to pay them. they adjusted the find payment date so I would not have to worry in the mean time.
