 I see a lot of negative reviews...I will state mine. As a person with disabilities, I have only ever found justice and equal access to legal justice for abuses perpetrated against me in one facet of the BC law system...The BC Human Rights Tribunal. It is the only area of law for remedy that does not force you to need a lawyer...the process is fully accessible, even for persons with mental disorder. My life has been horrific because of abuse and an overwhelming portion of society that pretends to care about the vulnerable so as to exploit them. Without the tribunal, I never ever could have experienced what it means to have human rights as a disabled person trapped in poverty. Disability is civil death...but The Human Rights Tribunal has helped me to keep my humanity alive, more than once. I will never forget this.
