| Description | Diana’s practice focuses on insurance defence litigation. She represents clients at Divisional Court and Superior Court of Justice.
She received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa in 2011, was admitted to the Bar in 2012 and articled and practised at a very well-respected insurance defence firm before joining Lawson LLP in the spring of 2015. Diana received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Administration through the department of Political Science at York University in 2008. Throughout her academic career, Diana was awarded numerous scholarships and awards for her academic achievement and community service. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association. She is an executive board member of the Portuguese-Canadian Lawyers Association and is a part of the Young Patrons Council at Working Women Community Centre. |
