| Profile | Graham attended the University of Ottawa where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History, with Honours, in 1988, and his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1991, completing both degrees with distinction. Called to the Bar in 1993, Graham is a partner at Giffen LLP, and now restricts his practice to civil litigation. He has a broad range of litigation experience and has appeared on matters at all levels of Ontario Courts, and at the Supreme Court of Canada. Graham is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation, a designation conferred on only a small percentage of lawyers in Ontario, which designation recognizes members of the Law Society who have met established standards of experience and knowledge requirements in one or more designated areas of law and have maintained exemplary standards of professional practice. |
