Not only was their representative doing the survey VERY professional, he was also friendly, courteous, on time & detail orientated. Their equipment & vehicle gave me an immediate impression they were very well maintained. The autocad & .pdf file of the topo were received within couple of days and they were more than happy to review few items with me via phone right away. Both files were neat & easy to read/orientate on. Items in autocad were labeled clearly & on well organized layers which saved a LOT of time & money during drawing preparation. Between myself & the PENG, we were beyond impressed! Their rate was very reasonable and each staff member I've spoken with (in person, via email or via phone) displayed superb levels of skill, professionalism & willingness to assist to ensure our needs were met.
