Andrew was very informative to choose a not expensive fountain pen to start. I always wanted to use a fountain pen but as a lefty guy wasn't easy to me to write the last time that I tried (several years ago).
He suggested a very affordable pen to try with great quality (preppy) and now now I'm looking for my second pen with confidence that I can use a fountain pen for my daily notes.
Picked up two fountain pens on a weekend trip to Toronto. Andrew was exceedingly informative and honest in helping me choose, and was never pushy at all.
I unfortunately left with one of the pens in the wrong nib size. I reached out to Andrew who offered to send me the correct nib free of charge to my address out of town!
I'll definitely be back.
It was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, there are some really good rates on pens, especially considering that I didn't pay shipping, as it's usually around $10 when shipping from the US. Great deals, definitely go check it out. Not open on weekends, unfortunately. Check out their website before you go, they list the brands they stock.
