 Helped us with our home purchase. Did a fantastic job no Agents involved the entire process went smoothly. We'll be using his services again without a problem. Additionally we recently used Mr. Sclodnick's services again for a transfer from the mortgage company. Harold took care of our needs while we were away by the time we got back all the paper work was prepared for us which helped us out greatly. Super helpful for such a busy guy great customer service as customers my wife and I are completely satisfied. We would use his services again without question.

 Harold is about as good as it gets in Real Estate law. I have been working with him now for about 10 years and have done over 20 deals with him. He is detail oriented, personable and makes sure that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. if you need someone that gets the job done right everytime and a fair price I would recommend nobody else in Toronto but him and his team.
