Hugh and his team were very responsive with my concerns about issues related to my employers LTD policy.
He provided great advise and tactical steps to help mitigate risk if, it was to go to court. I had peace of mind after consulting with him and felt well informed about my options.

Even though he was never able to personally help with the situation due to a collective agreement I have with my union, he still gave excellent advice on what other steps can be taken to take further action should the issue not be resolved via a grievance with the employer.
