Gary Hodder is the greatest lawyer when it comes to ethics. He is very professional, nice and caring at the same time.

Overall, OK experience with very slow communication. My real estate agent recommended this location as it was downtown and they had competitive prices. They also have flexible and accommodating office hours!
After the deal was closed, they were supposed to send a final document, but I was notified that the lawyer assigned was on vacation. They did not tell me when she would be back. I had to follow up over the course of 2 MONTHS to receive signed documents. When eventually sent, they were all sideways and my name was spelt wrong at one point. It's SO easy to rotate documents - it just shows the low attention to detail and care for the client after the deal is closed.
