I've been seeing Dr Poon for the past 3 years and not once I've had an issue. He takes the time to listen and he always has the best advice. Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone. I haven't waited more than 10 min to see him. His secretary is very helpful too and communication can be done through emails too.
Dr Poon is a wonderful family physician. He is very knowledgeable and reliable, and always on time.
Dr. Poon is lovely. He asked me questions during the meet and greet when I explained my concerns. He never rushed me, actually listened to my answers and was not dismissive. He was on time as well. I am a new patient and look forward to working with him.
