I’m glad they’re doing a great job on sign improvements, more elevators being installed, presto fare gates and ticket machines being installed. If the TTC makes more money they should add platform screen doors for all stations so the people won’t fall onto the tracks ever again.
They're doing the best they can. The system has been neglected for years while the population has grown at a much faster rate. The network is slowly expanding now. They need more funding to pay for capital expansion projects, AND funding to pay for maintenance so the existing network doesn't fail.
Extremely pleasant experience this afternoon Friday 3 January 2020 at 2pm with the gentleman in customer service. Right far end counter from entrance door. And same with the security /reception. Thank you!
