| Description | Kai Kramer is an associate in the Business Law section of Fasken Martineau’s Toronto office. He has a broad corporate/commercial practice with a growing emphasis on technology. During articling, Kai participated in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, going-public transactions, and financings.
Kai is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration at Trent University where he was on the President’s Honor Roll. Prior to attending law school, Kai worked as a Technical Recruiter/IT Talent Manager. In this role, he was able to gain a business understanding of the full technology stack and its role within each organization he worked with. Kai leverages this background in providing unique insight to his clients. Kai is actively involved in developing Toronto’s start-up community and works closely with the firm’s Start-Up & Entrepreneurial Services initiative, which strives to support start-ups, early stage companies, and entrepreneurs. Outside of his professional efforts, Kai is an avid soccer player and a perpetual enthusiast in innovation. |
