| Description | Kaitlin Gauvin joined our Family Law Team in 2013 and was made Partner in January 2018. Kaitlin has a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University. She is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association Family Law Section and she has completed specialized training in collaborative law.
Kaitlin passionately applies her mathematics background to assist clients when family law matters overlap with tax, corporate, trust and other financial matters. Kaitlin represents clients in a broad range of family law issues and works closely with clients to help meet their needs. Kaitlin is an animal lover and she occasionally brings her two English Bulldogs to visit at the office. When she is not practicing law, Kaitlin enjoys hiking, canoeing, baking, spending time with family and going to trivia nights with friends. |
I have been dealing with great stress related to my immigration issues but Grace Allen has such a calm and professional manner of practice, she walked me through the whole processes and kept me updated during the whole application and even helped me to get letters for my employers so that I can continue to work as per my legal right and status.
