The staff was really helpful and cheerful. I didn't feel that I arrived the bank for the first time. I'm really thankful to Sharon Williams who was my financial advisor and made me understand everything in proper manner.
This Scotiabank seems to be hit or miss. More times than not, they have decent customer service. There are the few times that the line for the tellers gets pretty long and there are 2 out of the 6 teller booths in service. On a positive note, they have finally upgraded their ABMs to the envelope-less deposit and multi denomination currency widthdrawl. Also, touch screen.
This branch has okay service.
