Wendy and her team are great. We used her services again as they were fantastic the first time. Courteous and and detail orientated. We had no issues with any of our paperwork both times.
This is my second time using their services to buy a condo. Just like last time, they are prompt and professional at answering all my questions through email and over the phone. I had forgotten that the completion date was after a long weekend, so they only had 4 days to do all the paperwork! I've had no problem communicating to them with English and Cantonese. They can also help clients in Mandarin too.
Wendy is very kind and professional, she asked which language i prefer and make sure I understand all the terms properly. It was efficient and would recommend to my friends and families! :)
