Very good customer service. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Check-In process are all self serve but staff are there to help.

 I love this airline. I don’t know why so many complaints. Cost to value this is my favourite airline. They have great customer service (in particular special assistance) and I feel that all their employees are cheerful and always doing their best. If you think about their job they always are managing difficulties that are bound to arise in the process of flying (no matter the carrier) and I feel they are great at their job. I always check their flights before I do a kayak/Skyscanner search. Good work air transat!
