Wow I wish I would have saw these reviews before I chose this office. The reviews are all accurate for some of the staff. As long as you follow their expectations you'll be fine. However, I had a situation arise that required Dr. Anderson to address and I had to contact the Edwards dept. head to get a resolve. Once reaching 36 weeks pregnant with my 4th and being 40 I was feeling beyond tired and stressed and my demanding full time job was not helping. I requested to discuss the need to reduce my work schedule and or set a date to stop working. I have delivered all my children early and fast so I was concerned of how I was feeling and going into labor so far from my home and hospital especially with traffic. I was told no and I could thank the women liberation movement and that I am expected to work up to the day I go in labor. I was astonished my last son came so fast her was 5 mins from being born in the car. When I reminded what I thought was the Dr. she just looked at me. It was then I learned she was the mid wife not the Dr. This same person also offered a very unprofessional and what seemed to be a personal opinion on my request for options on not having more children. Thank goodness I have a friend who was a OB nurse for 20 years. She told me who to contact with administration. They where so understanding. However, it took 10 days and 4 followup calls with admin. to get a call from the office. Then it was a nurse who finally called with whom I am still playing phone tag with and I was told the Dr would not call me directly more than likely. However, the Dr has had no problem with collecting all the contract and medical bills I pay timely. It is sad. But to be fair not all the staff is bad. The majority are very nice and professional and the office is very good about keeping timely appts. So you may get one or two bad apples compared to the most who are good. So that is not dffernt than any other business. This situaton was just so disappoting because Dr. Anderson i the head Dr and it shoud not take so much effort to ensure I or my baby are not being put in a potentail compromising postion
