Honestly, I've dealt with all sorts of customer service. Just calling them is a treat. Warm greetings on the phone and absolutely amazing service. Spoke with Jacob on the phone. This is what customer service is about. Polite and a pleasure to deal with. Maintains an informative professional attitude and was more than helpful. Take a look at him. Amazing service. I feel that even if he couldn't have solved my problem ( which he did!) He would have made sure to make my day better. Someone that cares about their customers is hard to find. Well done Jacob!
