Blaire and his staff ALWAYS go above and beyond so customers have a great experience. I have been dealing with this specific Easyhome for a very long time and have always had a huge success!!!  WELL, WHAT CAN i SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES WITH Blair AND HIS TEAM AT THE Oshawa North STORE?!?! Outstanding Customer Service and so "EASY" to deal with, making you feel at "HOME". Whenever I need a little (or big) decor change Blair is always there for me - helping me to fit my expensive taste into an affordable budget. I have been dealing with Easy Home for the past four to five years and I recently moved and Blair arranged everything to accommodate what I needed to move and/or deliver NEW, to my home. I have become accustomed to dealing directly w/ Blair, and his friendly team, that I still deal directly w/ him whenever the re-decorating 'bug' 'gets me.  Blair, has a outstanding Team at Easy Home Simcoe North, that stand behind him, they have at all times given us the upmost customer service, there not just a Team but there like Family. The Team is ready to answer all questions tackle any repair service issues. I have dealt with this store since they were at Zellers Plaza at the 401 West entrance , we've been with this store since 94 and we still have a account with Blair since then am a very satisfied customer and always will return- with my OCD, this store is always up kept clean- I have no issues as other stores If your looking for items Blair don't have it you should expect him and his staff to go out of there way over n beyond to find the item you wish- there's no s topping this Team to satisfy there customers. I have known Blair , and this is who he is there's nothing that stops Blair and his team to go out there way the Team is at there upmost polite, pleasant even though they might have bad days there always smiling the energy form that store is happy warmth caring not like others I been in and at IF I was asked would I return if there was issues of course I would- no reason not to as there swift in dealing with the issues KEEP SMILING KEEP UP WITH THE FANTASTIC WORK YOU ALL DO

 I have had the pleasure of dealing with an awesome group of ppl at the north end easyhome store for 6yrs now.. This group of ppl are absolutely fantastic to deal with..they are people to and know what's it's like..they are real and they really treat you like family and for me that goes a very very long way.. They make things super easy and they work with you in every way possible..so go to the north end store and speak to MR BLAIR!!! He is serious but also likes to crack jokes and make people laugh..his wife Jennifer is my saving grace that's for sure..yes I'm babbling on but I just want to relay how special this group of ppl are..true gems all the way..
