He didn't rush us or make us feel like we were just another number so to speak. There was some delay in responses but it's to be expected during the busiest time of the year for the purchase of property/homes so it was nothing out of the ordinary. We would definitely recommend him to others! I think people have very unrealistic expectations at times and forget that they're not the only client. He treated us great, he was very professional and personable as well. We didn't have any surprises because he was so thorough in explaining everything and answering all of our questions. He even helped us effectively with a dispute between the prior owners and ourselves and was instrumental in our success in getting the dispute resolved and the issue corrected. And we weren't charged any additional fees. Everything went as smoothly as possible and we're very happy with our experience overall!
