 I hired the help and services of Mr. Harjot Mangat for the purchase of my first home in Mississauga in April 2017 - so this review is a little overdue. It was a great relief to have found someone who did not handing out an exact quote of the legal consultation charges at the very beginning and making sure that he stuck as close to the projected expense as possible. Money apart- Mr.Mangat's knowledge and reassuring nature put at ease many fears I had as a first time home buyer. Very detailed, very patient, and ready to answer any number questions, I couldn't have chosen anyone better to make my home closing a non-event.

 Harjot is professional and helpful. We had a standard real estate closing, but he took time to explain all the procedures and documents and made our sale and purchase experience really easy and comfortable.

 Mr. Mangat is very professional and always available to answer my questions. There were some troubles with my closing and it took more work than originally planned. Mr. Mangat was patient and made the closing easy. I would highly recommend it!
