Cannot be happy with Dr. Tepper, He knew immediately what was wrong with me. I love a doctor who listens to a patient !!! After three different doctors and three different diagnosis , I did my research and found the best doctor in the state of Maryland for hip surgery. Thank you for helping me getting my life back .
