| Profile | Leanne Goldstein was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002. Prior to that, Leanne was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and practiced as an Attorney with one of largest international law firms in the country. In Ontario, Leanne initially practiced personal injury litigation with one of the top ten personal injury law firms. Thereafter, she moved to a prominent disability practice where she represented Plaintiffs in disability and personal injury litigation for ten years. Since 2002, Leanne’s practice has been devoted primarily to personal injury and disability litigation, including long term disability claims, critical illness claims, life insurance claims, Canada Pension Plan Disability benefits claims, wrongful dismissal claims with a disability component, motor vehicle accident cases, accident benefits claims, slip and falls, and other personal injury litigation. Over the years, Leanne has conducted multiple Examinations for Discovery, settlement negotiations, Mediations as well as several Arbitrations, and Trials. Leanne has successfully appeared before various levels of the Ontario Courts and administrative bodies including, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal. Leanne is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and is determined to provide strong advocacy on behalf of disabled and injured clients. Leanne joined Aaron Waxman & Associates in 2013 and continues in her desire to vigorously pursue the rights of her clients with compassion and dedication. In her spare time, Leanne advocates for children with special needs. |

A wonderful Firm! I recently used Aaron Waxman and Associates and was extremely pleased with the service. I sent an initial note through on Website and less than an hour after posting Aaron himself reached out to speak to me and get more info regarding my questions. From there he assigned one of his associates, Chris Kim to my case. After meeting in person and confirming I did indeed have a case, he moved forward quickly and recovered a settlement for me! I met Aaron Waxman in 2017 and he informed me of the journey and what it would take to settle my LTD case. This was a very difficult two years for me and Aaron was always very informative, respectful and professional. Everyone in his firm was polite and treated me with dignity and respect and I saw that when other clients came in. Aaron believed in me and my case and I appreciated the way he took the time to understand who I was as a person and not just a file number.
