| Description | Liam is an Associate in the Business Group at Watson Goepel LLP. His practice focuses on the areas of corporate and commercial law, and civil litigation. Liam assists clients with a variety of transactions, including commercial leases, share and asset purchases, business incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and financings. He has experience negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, loan agreements, guarantees and various security documents.Liam represents clients at court proceedings including debt collections, bankruptcy and insolvency restructurings, injunctions, probate applications, and applications for judicial review. Prior to articling at Watson Goepel LLP, Liam completed a clerkship at the British Columbia Supreme Court and worked as a legal editor for the largest international commercial law firm in Japan. |
