 I have been coming to commission and notarize documents here for years. These guys are A+. They are speedy, get it done right away, there price cant be matched, there location is walking distance from baseline station, and they have ample free parking spots. Its rare not to be in an out in 10 minuets usually its 2 minuets. This place is fantastic.

 Vanier and associates is a excellent law firm to choose I have had a long child custody journey with Lauri , Margret and Rod who are all exceptional. Lauri is always on the ball returning phone calls and emails getting me paper work I need and helping me write and get my paper work into the court. Threw this process she has made me feel heard and has gotten the important facts i wanted presented in my case. Laurie is a lovely face to see in the office always working hard she puts her heart into her work day and goes above and behind her job. she has stayed late in the office on occasion which I still am thankful for. Margret is amazing and was there for me threw emotional times she has a huge heart and helped me make decisions to improve my case .she does research to prove your case and comes out with exceptional results. she reviews your case she knew my information and presented it perfectly to the judge. she is organized and writes to the court in a way that you feel confident in what she is doing for you so the stress dissipates. Rod is every thing and more I could ask for in a layer he is ready to fight for the best interest of your child and is outstanding. He is prepared and informative he speaks with skill, sharpness, confidence, and wisdom. He has made him self available to me 24h a day as I had alot of moments I needed advice that was not work hours and needed action immediately in my case. Rod always went out of his way this helped me a tremendous amount. Rod won my case 100% amazing JOB all of you.
