I had the pleasure of working with Kristina for a trp on a business trip i had to Toronto. I had a list of priors from before i corrected my life and every council i contacted was very off putting or seemed to be looking for a quick check then tell me i couldn't be assisted. That was until i called KLM. From the first time i contacted Kristina to the email i sent as i was on my way to the airport she answered very professionally and in a better than timely manner. I will be working with her for my upcoming rehabilitation date. As an american distributor of a major Canadian vendor i will be recommending their services to anyone looking.
Marina Minukhin was the most professional legal counsel I have ever dealt with. She worked very hard to help me with my Temporary Resident Permit application so I could enter Canada. I live in the United States and had some prior misdemeanors that prevented me in gaining employment with an major airline company. Always answered all my questions in a very timely manner and helped educate me on Immigration laws. She is a very educated individual and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to apply for a TRP or Criminal Rehabilitation. If I could give more stars I definitely would.
I highly recommend KLM Immigration Law for sure. I spoke with Marina on several occasions before I decided to finally hire her. She helped me secure a TRP due to a OUI I received back in February 2019. The TRP was for me to be able to cross into Canada as my girlfriend was pregnant and I needed to be there. The process wasn’t long but the wait felt like forever. It took a little over a month and I received the email from Marina that the consulate approved me. Such relief for us and our baby boy.
Great job by Marina and the KLM Team. They were able to get me entry into Canada when I was denied entry because of past dui's and driving offenses. Highly recommend if your serious about traveling to Canada and you were denied entry.
