 Just want to inquire about the rent for one bedroom apt and availability. I need it by March ‘19. Also what floor is the laundry on. Thank you and hope to hear from you ASAP.

 I have lived at 67 Church for 2 1/2 years, after looking at rental after rental I came across this building. It is an older building but with older buildings you get spacious living. The hardest part of looking for a rental is finding "Pet Friendly", my fur babies are very happy here :). The location is fantastic, Pickering village is right at your door, which offers lots of choices for restaurants and some shopping. Schools and the main bus line for Ajax / Pickering is less than a 5min walk away. The management group is good and I have had no problems getting things done when required which hasn't been very often. I am a happy resident and don't plan on moving anytime soon.  Both the superintendent and the leasing agent Oliver, have been super helpful and educational along the processes of renting our first apartment. Beautiful/spacious two bedroom with beautiful details in the kitchen! Very excited to start this journey. Thanks too CLV group!!!

 This apartment building i have been living in for 6 and half years now, the building is clean and a great place to raise a family. The super is also great and gets things done fast when asked, he is super friendly. The only thing i would suggest is getting a small playground put in, as there are alot of young children in the building, with no place to play.

 The superintendent in this building is very efficient and hard working. Whenever I need help he would always respond right away no matter what time of day or night or how big the problem is. The building environment is always clean and he is always working to make sure the building looks like home. THANK YOU
