English and French speaking and my guess other languages as well. They helped me and my wife to find good bicycle paths around town and surrounding areas. Another services like money exchange and public restrooms makes you feel quite welcome in this town! Thank you for help!
Very nicely organized place. This is the place you go to for any information regarding tourism. They even had one of the tour guide company which has 3 tours to offer. I personally will be driving a scooter just because it feels more lively to me. All the information about scooter, tours they have. They even have maps of the area and maps of the island and waterfall. Q
Very well organized and systematic. I got all information that I need here. Lovely staff and friendly too. Only thing I was a bit disappointed about was recommendations of Asian food restaurant. That was not good. But later I realized the other one I tried also bad, so I think Asian restaurants are not good here in general. Anyway they make good help for every time I asked some info. Better to visit if you are in Quebec.
Helpful friendly folks working the counters with plenty of material to take with you and ideas of things to do. Clean restrooms, in the heart of Old Quebec City.
