Got a chance to work closely with Jessica & Mindy and both of them were patient, informative and caring during the entire US application process. Would highly recommend these two!

 My employer uses this firm and initially it was arranged by them. However I have to say that the firm did nothing but impress me at every turn. Mr Goes was professional, supportive and provided all the right information. I am admit to be extremely intimidated by the US immigration process, and all of the horror stories around. He actually walked me through scenarios, practiced scripting all the while insisting on maintaining total honesty! In the end, if all of that didn't work I was provided with his personal number to contact if I ran into problems again with specific directions. Short of walking in with me to the immigration office I cannot imagine how I could have been better supported. All of the other members of his team that I interacted with had the same level of professionalism and support. As I said this was for work. However if I ever needed this service for personal reasons they would be my first call.
