The Ontario Court of Justice is the largest court in the country. We hear approximately 590,000 criminal charges, millions of provincial offences such as traffic tickets, and serve 25,000 families in crisis annually.
For the most part, great staff. I've been filing family law documents here, on and off, for now about eleven years. I've developed some friendships with the employees over the years. Again, for the most part, I've found the employees at 47 Sheppard to be very kind, personable, accepting, and tolerant. Looking forward to visiting again.
This court is extremely slow inside and via the phone I have been trying to get a situation fixed for years and still can’t resolve it. I spent 30 min on hold almost. I decided to give them a 3 star because once up in the court room they get the job done fairly. It’s just the first floor is sub par.
There's long wait time and a bit of a line up when you enter but at a court this is expected. Everyones professional security does their job to patrol and keep you feeling safe. Bathrooms are conveniently located close to the court room (a necessity for tiny bladder peoples like me) its interesting.
Nice stay ? Just passing by.
