Peter was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. Peter’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on employment law and workplace investigations. Peter is also Harris + Harris LLP’s lead workplace investigator for all issues including but not limited to: i) Workplace harassment; ii) Sexual harassment; iii) Workplace violence; iv) Discrimination based upon a prohibited ground; v) Failure to accommodate; and vi) A breach of company policy. Peter has significant experience in assisting clients with strategizing and executing the most effective course of action in achieving their desired goals.
