Phil is a relatable, effective and extremely knowledgeable lawyer. Our neighbourhood was facing an extremely contentious proposal to change a bungalow into a 3 storey house. As a whole we were confused about the process and how to work within the system in order to achieve something that would work for our neighbourhood. Phil helped empower us and facilitated a very successful agreement between the neighbours and the developers. Not only are the neighbours happy with the outcome, but so were the owners/developers of the house. We would not hesitate to recommend Phil to other groups feeling confused when faced with the CoA or the OMB!
