He assists corporate clients with their Canadian immigration matters, at a policy and transactional level, as well as immigration compliance and inadmissibility issues. Rick assists clients in a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, finance/financial services, information technology, professional services, among others. He has significant experience interacting with officials at inland processing centres, Canadian Ports of Entry, as well as Consulates, High Commissions and Embassies abroad. Rick has also spoken about Canadian immigration issues at various forums, including industry associations, private and public institutions, and universities. Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec and earned his Bachelor of Laws from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. |
