 I only had a small claim – nevertheless huge for me – and from day one on felt Nick was in my corner and everything would be as okay as it could be (and in the end it was). I was amazed at his offer to meet me at home, his willingness to drop and pick up papers, and how he and his team answered every call/email in a very timely manner. I of course would have preferred to be awarded the payment I undoubtedly deserved from my insurance company without resorting to a lawsuit (I so much resent how the insurance system is rigged against people who depend on financial support they sought they were paying insurance premiums for). Given the circumstances, Deutschmann Law was definitely the best place to go - and I did do a lot of research before I decided to sign with them. Oh, and did I mention that their fee was more reasonable than what competitors asked? I only found out when I signed with Nick. By then I had accepted my “fate”, so that was another pleasant surprise. Thank you to Nick and his team for all they are doing.

 Recently, I was represented by Nick De Konig with my LTD case. When I came into his office, I had reached a crisis point in my efforts to have my claim processed with a favourable outcome. I was financially and emotionally stressed. Nick was an excellent choice to assist me. First and foremost, he listened to me. He clarified the issues and then he reassured me that I finally had someone in my corner. It was a long process with many twists and turns.
