 I have been using Adlib PDF for one year and recently upgraded to Adlib 5.0 with the assistance of technical support. I found the Adlib team very friendly, professional and responsive to my requests. In my workplace environment we need to convert a wide variety of document types to TIFF format and Adlib has handled this quite well.

 I have been acquainted with Adlib Software now for approximately 7 years. During this time we have gone from version 1.x to 5.x and have totally loved the product. We process millions of messages and documents via Adlib Software's PDF/a processing software yearly and have found it to perform exceptionally well for us. Yes we have had issues but Adlib's technical team has been super in stepping up analyzing the issue and coming up with a solution in a timely manner. I would rate their technical team as top notch. Many of my suggestions have been taken to heart and implemented in their products. It is great working with a company large enough to respond quickly yet small enough to provide the personal touch and make you feel like a valued customer and a team member.
