Kalfa Law is a highly professional law firm. I used their services for purchasing a restaurant business. My lawyer was Felix and I must say he was very prompt and patient in answering all my questions and emails. Their billing is also very reasonable compared to other law firms I have dealt in the past. Hands down the best law firm I've ever used. At Kalfa they're very professional, but they're also real people with personalities. Very easy to communicate with - they also know their stuff. The interaction with every member of the Kalfa team was on point. I must say, it was an absolute pleasure working with them to facilitate the closing process for the sale my company. Shira is the best! I needed to set up a corporation ASAP, I called Shira at 3pm and before 5pm she was able to create my Corporation. She then went above and beyond to make sure I was able to set up my business bank account through her connections.(TD has a No new account policy through the COVID 19 Pandemic) I know because I’ve called the main line twice and was denied but Shira then got me in today!! Before you decide you “can’t” or you think somethings impossible check we with Shira it may be more obtainable then you think!! THANK YOU ShIra and the entire Kalfa Law team.
